The Breeding Program at
Split Mesquite Farm

Our breeding program began in 2008 and our aim is to breed high quality warm bloods with great gaits but above all, good temperaments. Our Grand Prix horse, Gran Casso, is the sire of many of our young horses as he brings together these qualities that we strive for.

When choosing mares and stallions that we want to bring into our program, we search for horses that come from desirable, proven bloodlines.

In our horses, you can find horses such as Rubinstein, Donnerhall, Florestern, Sandro Hit, Lorzing, Pikadero, and Contango.
